Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs and duties taxes, which are beyond our control.

Every item is quality-checked and carefully inspected before shipping. If you notice any issues within 24 hours of delivery, please email us immediately at tropixglow@gmail.com with photos, your order number, and details about the concern.

 

Delivery

Once your package leaves Tropix Glow Inc. and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by inclement weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or other unforeseen courier-related issues.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Tropix Glow Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have shipped.
