Service Description
1-ON-1 BRAIDING CLASS — CA$800 + tax. A $400 non-refundable deposit is due online to reserve your spot; the remaining balance is due at least 1 week before the class. TWO-DAY INTENSIVE, ONE-ON-ONE. DAY 1: NATURAL HAIR FOUNDATION — PREP, PARTING & CORNROWS DAY 2: KNOTLESS BRAID MASTERY — INSTALLATION, STYLING & BUSINESS WHATS INCLUDED: Complete starter kit (braid rack, comb, brush, clips, product sample, travel-size edge control, mousse) Hands-on training with a mannequin & a live model Certificate of completion Light refreshments

Cancellation Policy
* Enrollment Requirements: Students must be at least 15 years old and have a basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices. * Payment: Full deposit payment is required at the time of registration. Payment plans may be available upon request and won't be available by credit. The remaining balance is due at least 1 week before your class date and time. * Refunds: No refunds will be issued for missed classes. If a student cancels the course before the start date, NO refund will be provided. No refunds will be issued after the course has started. * Attendance & Punctuality: Students must arrive on time for each class. Arriving late may result in missing important instructions and practical demonstrations. No makeup time will be provided. * Missed Classes: If a student misses a class, they are responsible for catching up on missed material. If a whole day is missed, makeup classes may be available at an additional fee and subject to instructor availability. If other factors come into play that may result in a forfeit of your certificate of completion. * Code of Conduct & Professionalism: Students are expected to maintain professionalism throughout the course, including respect for instructors, classmates, and clients. * Cleanliness: Hygiene is essential. Students must keep their workspace clean and sanitized. Hands must be washed and tools sanitized before working on the mannequin or live model. * No Distractions: Mobile phones should be on silent or turned off during class time to avoid distractions and failure. * Practical Assessments and Certification: Students will be assessed on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills (prep, parting, cornrows, knotless installation and styling). These assessments will take place throughout the course and during the final assessment. * Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a Certificate of Completion. Students must complete all practical assignments and pass the final assessment to be eligible for certification. Tropix Glow Beauty Salon reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, format, or materials based on demand, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
