Cancellation Policy
* Enrollment Requirements: Students must be at least 15 years old and have a basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices. * Payment: Full deposit payment is required at the time of registration. Payment plans may be available upon request and won’t be available by credit. The remaining balance is due at least 3 days (72 hours) before your class date and time. * Refunds: No refunds will be issued for missed classes. If a student cancels the course before the start date, NO refund will be provided. No refunds will be issued after the course has started. * Attendance & Punctuality: Students must arrive on time for each class. Arriving late may result in missing important instructions and practical demonstrations. No makeup time will be provided. * Missed Classes: If a student misses a class, they are responsible for catching up on missed material. If a whole day is missed Makeup classes may be available at an additional fee and subject to instructor availability. If other factors come into play that may result in a forfeit of your certification. *Code of Conduct & Professionalism: Students are expected to maintain professionalism throughout the course, including respect for instructors, classmates, and clients. * Cleanliness: Hygiene is essential. Students must keep their workspace clean and sanitized. Gloves and masks must be worn when working on models or clients. * No Distractions: Mobile phones should be on silent or turned off during class time to avoid distractions and failure. *Practical Assessments and Certification: Students will be assessed on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. These assessments will take place throughout the course and during the final exam. * Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive an Acrylic Nail Technician Certificate. Students must complete all practical assignments and pass the final exam to be eligible for certification. Tropix Glow Beauty Studio reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, format, or materials based on demand, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
